Ibrahim has 20+ years of experience in market research and his experience expands from data acquisition with global leading agencies in the field of marketing research to managing the whole research firm.

Ibrahim is an active ESOMAR member. During his career, he has obtained several awards for exceptional performance, delivering work quality and following Marketing Research code of conduct.

Since 2015, Ibrahim is representing OMNIBUS MRC as Project Management Director. Further, he has worked for the following global research agencies:

• GFK as Multi Country Project Senior, from July 2010 – November 2011
• Nielsen (Qatar & KSA) as Data Acquisition leader 2003 - 2010
• MEMRB/Synovate (KSA) known as IPSOS nowadays Field Manager, December 1994 - July 2003

He holds a Bachelor degree in Law from Alexandria University in Egypt and a diploma in Principles of Marketing Research from Georgia University, USA.

He is fluent in Arabic and English.

JORGEN HECTOR

Client Service Director

Jorgen Hector is of Swedish origin and has broad international experiences in marketing and analyses with 20+ years in market research.

Experience range from large global agencies like TNS, Synovate and Millward Brown to specialized and niche consultancy firms within research and communication. The global aspect is a main feature, having lived and worked in 7 countries over 4 continents.

Jorgen is acting in his own company and in joint venture with OMNIBUS MRC. Jorgen is active in Europe and UAE, serving a variety of small and larger clients.

Jorgen has over the years been involved in most types of studies and types of markets.

Some of his previous roles include:

• Client Service Director for TNS East Africa, responsible for research worth USM 1 per month and serving 15 countries.
• Communication Consultant at Nordisk Kommunikation, Sweden.
• Client Service Director for Synovate Saudi Arabia, responsible for research in Western part of the country.
• Consultant and Consultant Manager for Wissing, a high profile market research bureau in Sweden.

Abu Samuel is a senior industry leader, entrepreneur and consultant with over 20 years of consulting experience in Marketing Research across the Middle East and India.

He has proven track records of consulting in both manufacturing and services industry.

Abu Samuel has established consulting businesses in UAE.

He has worked with client organizations to help identify key issues, develop research solutions, implement study recommendations and create strategic plans for future growth.

He has a strong track record of managerial capabilities, as well as entrepreneurial skills.

TAREK SERAGELDIN

CFO – FINANCE & MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT

Tarek ‘s last position is a Regional Chief Financial Officer in GFI Cluster in the FMCG Division of Americana Group, the role scope in businesses of (Canned food, Water, Cakes, Bakeries, and Agencies).

Tarek has 25 years experience with Americana Group through joining different retail/manufacturing subsidiaries of the group in Kuwait, Egypt, and UAE.

In 2007, Tarek was appointed to a CFO role for UAE manufacturing units (Beans and Water businesses), and then the role expanded in 2011 to CFO, GFI Cluster comprises of 6 units in (UAE/Kuwait/KSA/Egypt).  His regional role along with the rest of regional team contains setting growth strategies and strengthening units' management structures, developing and follow through of priorities with units to reach to the required goals and functionally evaluating the capital spending and the long-term business decisions, heading the financial management across the units, ensuring solid internal control/governance and sound reporting systems, and leading IT strategy.

Tarek started his career in the finance department to the retail business of food and fashion department stores of Americana Group until 1995 to be head of finance of Kuwait unit along with supporting and preparing the regional reporting and feasibility studies of new openings and expansions in three countries (Kuwait/UAE/KSA).

Throughout his career, Tarek was in-charge of building ERP systems from scratch, applying business integration, Expenditure/Capex management, implementing cost saving and cost rationalization projects, and designing of business financial analysis models and reporting systems that help decision making process and evaluating businesses.  Also was involved in assignments such as liquidation of business, splitting businesses, startups and preparing a Kuwait business’s compensation claim file presented to the UN. 

Tarek has exposed to plenty of training seminars and workshops exposures like balanced scorecard, financial due diligence and several leadership courses and financial conferences.

Tarek holds a bachelor’s in commerce (Accounting) from Cairo University at ‘87.

SUMAYA BENMESSAOUD

Administrative & Human Resources Coordinator

Sumaya is a results oriented team leader who consistently achieves and exceeds goals through analytical approach, professional methodology and flawless execution.

She always encourage her colleagues to work-cross functionally and to give the best of themselves by promoting a positive work environment. She believes that effective teamwork where diverse skills are needed is the key to achieve growth and success.

She had a successful career of 14 years in the freight forwarding industry as Overseas Manager in France and China, leading teams from 1 to 21 persons.

She used to work for big organizations such as, DANZAS-AEI, SDV, SCHENKER-JOYAUX, DACHSER, and NORBERT DENTRESSANGLE OVERSEAS.

She joined OMNIBUS MRC at its debut in 2015 and is taking care of the administrative functions and of all aspects of the human resources department.

She holds a B.T.S COMMERCE INTERNATIONAL (HIGH NATIONAL DIPLOMA) in International Trade, from I.S.E.R BORDIER school of Grenoble, France.

She is fluent in English and French.

NIHIT NINGTHOUJAM

Strategic Marketing Consultant

Nihit is our Strategic Marketing, Market Research and Analytics Consultant. With 8 years’ experience in the field.

His previous roles include:

5 years as Customer Insights & Strategy (primary market research & analytics)

1 year experience as Market Research & Analytics Consultant for Absolut data in India.

And he served 2 years as Operational Excellence & Client Experience Analyst for Schlumberger in Paris.

He has delivered market research projects for firms across financial service, hospitality, retail, FMCG, oil & gas, software & automotive sectors

Nihit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (top engineering school in India), MSc in Management from ESSEC Business School, Paris (ranked 4th Worldwide for MSc. in Management) and MBA Exchange Program at IE Business School, Madrid (top 10 global MBA).

He speaks fluently Hindi, English and French.

KRISTIAN BUDOLFSEN

Managing Partner

Kristian Budolfsen has 15 years of market research experience as the overall project manager on all types of research services.

Furthermore, Kristian has great expertise managing international ad hoc projects in all parts of the world.

He is particularly involved in preparing and developing the projects and data collection procedures and techniques of project setups at international organizations.

His focus is using the best practices across clients to ensure the highest possible quality hence obtaining the strategic insights across the survey setups.

Kristian is well known within the market research industry and often asked for his expert advice by clients and organizations or by speaking at conferences within various commercial business areas.

DR. NELLY DONIA

Healthcare Research Manager

Dr. Nelly is an experienced research manager who focuses on creative problem solving and discovering insights through a planned approach using proven research techniques. She is experienced in successfully managing healthcare and pharmaceutical research projects across the MENA region in fields of diabetes, oncology, nephrology, psychiatry/ neurology, pediatrics, endocrinology, orthopedics, dermatology, rheumatology and gynecology.

Dr. Nelly has a proven track record of managing and completing the most challenging projects with creativity, independence and professionalism. Study types include usage & attitude, concept/positioning testing, NPD research, advertising testing, package/product testing, retail research and usability testing.

She has conducted research with a wide variety of health professionals by moderating hundreds of one-on-one depth interviews & focus groups. She is thus, constantly involved in identifying, collecting, analyzing, interpreting, presenting information with a senior level of client’ servicing. She guided client decisions on business plans for their pharmaceutical sales and marketing campaigns.

Dr. Nelly built client relationships to create broadcast portfolio on the team while expanding internal responsibilities.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree of Pharmaceutical Science from Cairo University.

She is fluent in English and Arabic.

GAMAL ALI

Field Manager

Gamal obtained his higher education degree in Statistics and Econometrics from Omdurman University, Sudan Faculty of Economic & Political Sciences.

He obtained also a diploma in SPSS and a diploma in computer from The British Educational Institute in Sudan 2011.

Just after graduation he worked as Data Entry Specialist in Omdurman hospital.

He also worked in a call center for Zain Telecommunication prior to joining OMNIBUS MRC in 2015.

He speaks fluently English and Arabic.

AYTAB SRIDI

Quality Control Executive

Aytab joined OMNIBUS in 2015.

She obtained her degree in Management and Information from Marrakech (Morocco).

She has experience of using Ms. Office.

Aytab speaks Arabic (mother tongue), French (fluent) and English (professional level).

She has experience in hospitality sector in Morocco as front desk executive.

She also worked in ADNOC, UAE as Secretary.

OUSSAMA ABASSI

Business Development Manager - OMNIBUS Casablanca

Oussama Abassi is a Graphic & Web Designer graduated from Concordia University (Montreal, Canada) with an extensive experience in Web, Multimedia, Marketing and Print Design.

His past experiences in diverse sectors allowed him to develop collaborative and interpersonal skills.

Oussama is dynamic team player with well-developed written and verbal communication abilities, highly skilled in client and vendor relations and negotiations; talented at building and maintaining “win-win” partnerships.

Before joining OMNIBUS MRC, he spent 2 years in International Business Development and over 15 years in Web Development, Marketing and Communication.

Oussama is also experienced as a Marketing Research Manager with excellent project and client management skills and trained to conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies, providing domestic and to coordinate online, telephone and in-person research.

Oussama Abassi is extending his creativity in DJing and music production and was involved with many agencies and organisms in the industry.

SARA SOROURI

Event Management Specialist - OMNIBUS Casablanca

Sara Sorouri is graduated with master degree in Business Management from the HEC (Haute Ecole de Commerce) in Liège, Belgium and a teaching degree in French language.

Her background includes an extensive job experience for several global organization serving the security, medical, accounting and utilities industry.

Prior to joining Omnibus she had 2 years in sales and 7 years in association event management, fundraising, sponsorship and membership sales. During her work experience she has developed a strong understanding of business processes and projects development on international level that includes a number of cross-function team members, counterparties and strict deadlines.

A part of her responsibilities was optimization and detailed planning of conferences and events around the world, with all the aspects of successful implementation of the project: employee recruitment, staff training, budgeting and financial control, vendors search, purchasing and contract negotiations, fundraising, sales and marketing activities of the association on different geographical areas.

Sara also gained experience over the last years on market research management working closely with clients to define business challenges and to select the appropriate methodologies and techniques to business issues.

Sara Sorouri is Belgian-Moroccan national. She speaks native Arabic and French, fluent English, good Dutch, Spanish and Turkish.

Dr. SHEREEF ELLABOUDY

Economics Analytics Consultant

Dr. Shereef Ellaboudy is a U.S. national with Egyptian Origin, he is assistant professor, College of Business Science at Zayed University in UAE.

Dr. Shereef Ellaboudy joined Zayed University in August 2010 as an assistant professor in Economics. Prior to joining Zayed University, he worked as an assistant professor at the University of Dubai and as an adjunct professor at the California Polytechnic State University, Pomona California USA where he taught international relations, economics and politics of the Middle East.

Dr. Shereef is a regular economic commentator on CNBC TV, Sky News TV, and Dubai TV among other news outlet and a member of the United Nations “Principal of Responsible Management Education”. From 1997 to 2002,

Dr. Shereef worked professionally in the telecommunication industry as a program manager at Accelerated Networks and as a senior system engineer at Concentric Networks in California, USA.

His Education is from The American University, Cairo (BA), California State University Los Angeles (MA), Claremont Graduate University, California USA (PhD) in Economics and Political Science.

Dr. Shereef area of specialization is macroeconomics and international political economy. He has wide research interests in the areas of sustainable economic development, food and economic security, economic and monetary integration, global competitiveness and stock market development.
